Hart Community Center

The Hart Library welcomes Paleo Joe, author, storyteller, and paleontologist to the Hart Community Center. Be amazed as Joe leads us into the exciting world of fossils; how they're formed, where they're found and to what ancient creature they belonged! All Hart Library programs are free and open to the public.

Drummunity is a unique, interactive program. It’s not a “show” to sit back and watch. Everyone participates - from 10 to 400 or more people - all playing together! Using hand drums, percussion, and simple drum circle games, Lori Fithian creates a positive, non-competitive experience for people of all ages and abilities to share.

The book sale will be held on Friday, June 8, 1-5 and Saturday, June 9, 9-5. There will be a Friends of the Library only preview event on Thursday, June 7, 5-7. We will have thousands of used books and other items for sale. Volunteers are needed. Please call or come by the library if you have some time to give during the setup (Mon-Wed), book sale (Thurs-Sat) or cleanup (Sunday.)
